and fittings are of a high standard and we do not allow smoking,
pets, candles or any other naked flames on the premises. Smoke
and heat detectors are present in all rooms connected to a central
alarm system.

Fire extinguishers,
fire blankets and emergency lighting are available in prominent
positions in each apartment.
There is off street-parking
for one car per apartment.

problems, Apartment 2 is situated on the ground floor.
